Between the gorgeous sunshine and the mesmerising rain we’ve been enjoying, there’s no denying that summer is in the air. It feels like the perfect moment to launch the trailer for our annual Family Picnic Day 😊

This year’s picnic is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026. Please review the instructions below for full details and be sure to register early to avoid missing out.

Instructions for registration

While registering, in the column “Remarks”, please specify the number of family members INCLUDING YOURSELF , then please specify the name and age of your kids. For example, if you have 2 kids and you are a family of 4, please enter “4, Anisha,2,Jay,5”

1. The venue is Terra Cotta Conservation Area, 14452 Winston Churchill Blvd, Caledon ON L7G 0N9  (800) 367-0890. Shelter/Pavilion: Area 1- Wetland Pavilion. 
2. The nominal fee is $35 per family (Please refer to definition of FAMILY below).
3. The entry fees include an Indian vegetarian lunch for all the attendees, water, juice, soft drinks, snacks etc.
4. The entry fees do not include entry fees to the conservation area which has to be borne by the member (Terra Cotta Conservation Area - Credit Valley Conservation)
5. This family picnic day is for the Toronto Chapter of ICAI members who have renewed their membership, their spouse and children and parents of the member and his/her spouse only (Definition of FAMILY).
6. Please ensure to add the details of your family members (name, age, relation) in the Remarks column. The meal coupons will be distributed on the day of the picnic based on the details recorded at the time of registration.
7. Please take care of your kids and personal belongings at the park. ICAI Toronto Chapter will not be responsible for any mishap or loss of personal items, whatsoever.
8. There will be lots of activities for kids and prizes to be won.
