In our continuous commitment to add value to the members and their families, your Toronto Chapter of ICAI is glad to inform you that the Annual Family Picnic Day will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at a nominal fee of $15 per family. Please read the instructions below for all details:

Instructions for registration

While registering, in the column “Remarks”, please specify the number of family members INCLUDING YOURSELF , then please specify the name and age of your kids. For example, if you have 2 kids and you are a family of 4, please enter “4, Anisha,2,Jay,5”

OTHER DETAILS OF THE PICNIC

1. The venue is Bronte Creek Provincial Park (Breckon Shelter, near Parking Lot F) (1219 Burloak Dr, Oakville, ON L6M 4J7) (Phone: 905 827 6911)
2. Bronte Creek Provincial Park offers multiple trails and activities to be done. The Chapter has booked a large shed and a private area for the members and their families.
3. The entry fees includes Indian vegetarian lunch for all the attendees, water, juice, soft drinks, snacks etc, gifts for kids and early bird gifts and surprise prizes for the lucky ones.
4. The entry fees does not include entry fees to the conservation area which has to be borne by the member (https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/brontecreek)
5. This Annual Family Picnic is for Toronto Chapter of ICAI members who have renewed their membership, their spouse and children and parents of member and his/her spouse only (Definition of FAMILY).
6. If anyone wants to get non-members to the picnic, please send an email with the details to info@icaitoronto.com or contact any Management Committee member and the team will get back to you
7. Please take care of your kids and personal belongings while at the park. Toronto Chapter of ICAI will not be responsible for any mishap or loss of personal items, whatsoever.
8. Only fully vaccinated members will be allowed to attend the Picnic.
9. There will be lots of activities for kids and adults and prizes to be won. Stay tuned for the announcements.
10. Identity proof and vaccination proof will be sought at the registration desk at the venue on August 14, 2022.
