Toronto Chapter is organising a virtual session on: Introduction to project finance, structuring the entity, evaluation of project, financing deal and case study.

The speakers for the session will be Ms. Rachana Kapadia and Mr. Anjani Kanthi.  Rachana and Anjani works for Centauri Research. 

Centauri Research is led by a team of experienced professionals in the field of Finance, Construction, and Technology with over 3 decades of experience in executing projects worth billions of dollars. Rachana is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investments, and Strategy. She has worked with two of the top 4s in transaction practice in India. In the past 10 years, she has worked with renowned corporates in the UAE. Her recent experience includes working for Dubai EXPO 2020 (part of World Expo), an upcoming event hosted by the Dubai government and SWF of UAE. She is currently working with the family office of African Industries as a buy-side investment specialist.

Anjani is the founder of Supplierscave.com and Centauri Research.  He has 15 years experience of working in Oil & Gas construction projects for various clients such as ADMA OPCO, PDO, Saudi Aramco, ONGC.  He has worked as a Procurement Manager for L&T. Anjani is B.E. Mech and MBA.
