About PASS

PASS (Professional Accounting Supplementary School) is an accounting school that provides preparatory courses to accounting students attempting to pass their CPA exams.  PASS provides courses and other resources including study binders, books and videos to help students get through the Module Exams as well as the CFE.

PASS has developed an extensive program to help international students, primarily from India, to pass the CFE.  The program includes technical material, videos, extensive case writing and personal counselling sessions with markers.  Students have complete access to Michael and Ira (the instructors) for questions throughout the process.

PASS is Canada’s most experienced prep program.  The school has been in operation for over 25 years, providing courses to the general public across Canada as well as managing and delivering CPA training within accounting firms (i.e. PWC, EY, Deloitte, etc.).  For the last 16 years PASS has been responsible for the PWC national UFE program and is now responsible for the PWC CFE program.
